| Orienteering
| Description | Orienteering is often described as a treasure hunt that teaches participants the principles of land navigation. It's perfect for all ages and abilities, and can be enjoyed as a relaxing walk or a rugged cross-country race. The courses consist of a series of checkpoints that have to be found in the shortest possible time. Using compasses and a special map, teams have to work closely together to strategize and determine the best routes from point to point, while racing the clock and other teams. Maps and courses are designed according to US Orienteering Federation sanctions. It's a great outdoor team building activity for small and large groups. | | Locations | Throughout California from urban parks to wilderness areas.
